Who we are

Coastal Research Institute is a privately-owned, physician-driven research organization located in the heart of Fayetteville, North Carolina. We contract with a variety of physicians in the community to serve as our investigators, allowing us to work in other therapeutic areas.

Our participating physicians have many years of clinical trial experience in the fields of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Oncology, Internal Medicine, Psychiatry, Sleep Disorders, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, and Urology. We utilize local and central Institutional Review Boards. Our commitment is to provide safe and effective healthcare to our clients, while providing sponsors with qualified patients.
